I love this place. I come here more often than I should with my son. They do an awesome job at switching up and having fun flavors. They also have a good variety of toppings. More than some of the other DIY yogurt joints. The only thing I'm not a huge fan is I always have to ask for the sample cups and half the time the staff acts like it's pain to hand them over. (especially if I ask for more than one...I usually need 2) I have a young son and I'm not going to fill his cup with a flavor he doesn't like, especially for the price (which is expensive, but the same as any fro-yo place) I understand that they probably don't leave them out so people don't abuse the free samples, but I'm not a teenage kid there screwing around. Other than that the place is fantastic and I love and hate (in the best way possible lol) that this place is so close to home!!

I tried Menchie's for the first time today and enjoyed their frozen yogurt. They have a good variety of yogurt flavors as well as toppings. I was particularly pleased to see crumbled kit kat, which I don't see in many froyo places. The perishable toppings (strawberries, mangoes, kiwis) were separated from the non-perishable toppings which was also nice to see, as they were fresh and kept cold. There were also a few options for syrup as a topping. Their containers and spoons were cute as well! The staff were friendly and the establishment was clean. There's also ample seating inside.

Great tasty selection...love the fresh fruit...my only complaint would be that the gummy/sour patch candy is quite hard and needs to be turned over more. Customer service was excellent and the store is very clean.

I have been to this location about five times and each time I was greeted by smiling faces and very upbeat employees. I like that they have the constant flavors of fro-yo like original tart and vanilla and rotating flavors like cake batter and cherry. They variety of toppings is much more then other shops and they have several addional toppings from chocolate to caramel. My favorite is marshmallow. I love that they offer this topping. The prices are very reasonable. Will def keep going back.

A pretty tasty little froyo place for sure! The selection wasn't huge, but it seems like it switches out often enough and the flavored they did have were good. I got Pecan something that was nice, and I loved the mochi toppings. The staff was friendly and helpful!

Frozen yogurt makes everyone happy, or it should. I had a great experience at this new fro-yo place and I left a happier person. I was welcomed into the store, was told how the self-serve yogurt machines worked and then left alone to pick my poison. There were about 6 machines, each with two flavors that can be mixed together. So a total of around 18 flavors to choose from. I went with a cookies and cream flavor and found all of my favorite toppings (and then some) to adorn my fro-yo with. Everything was presented nicely, they weren't out of anything and there was a large variety. When I was done, the same friendly salesperson weighed me in and I walked out with a large cup of frozen yogurt for around $5. She signed me up for a card that I will earn points (that are called smiles!!) towards free yogurt. They had a few tables both inside and outside to eat and the appearance of the store was clean. Nothing really negative to say here, but I will be back to earn some more smiles.

Sad to say, but this location isn't as good as the Schaumburg location. Employee at Schaumburg was a lot more friendly and store was much nicer/cleaner. I still would recommended this place over the other froyo places in the area. Nutella and cake batter are my 2 favorite flavors.

I live in bolingbrook. We have 3 fro-yo shops all near me, but i like venturing out to Menchies because i think there product that much better. I love the toppings selection. The workers are all very nice and they do a good job keeping it clean.

I've never been to a better Menchies! The froyo is incredible and I love all the flavours. The atmosphere is fun and friendly, and the staff is the most positive and helpful bunch I've ever encountered. I'd go back again and again just to chat with them because they make the froyo experience at Menchies so great! This Menchies definitely had it all--a delicious product, wonderful facilities and atmosphere, and an energetic and charismatic staff as well! I can't sing my praises loud enough. It's my new go-to place when I'm in Chicago!

This is my new fro-yo place to eat. I love the smiles, and the warm welcome of this place. They tell you where to start, you can taste the flavors, and then add or toppings. I have been here 5 times already since they opened. Today I got my "free" frozen yogurt with my rewards. I have signed up for the Menchies reward before I even came. I gave the friendly cashier my number and she adds it to my reward card. Very nice. I haven't tried "tasting" the flavors before getting them. I just add the to my cup & hope they taste good when I get home. All has been delicious so far. The selection for toppings are amazing. What a selection!! I love cookie dough, grasshopper mint & the fudge brownies. Delicious. I also love the vanilla snow flavor of the frozen yogurt and add some fresh fruit and it is also delicious. The price is amazing. It is cheaper than the other frozen yogurts I have been to in the past. I'll be coming back more often. Thanks for the happy smiles. It makes my day! :)
